Unlike ordinary coffee packaging designed to be used and discarded, Tropics Lifestyle Coffee is displayed, gifted and remembered. Each collectible Art Box features founder-created tropical artwork, turning coffee into both a premium beverage and a design statement for the home, office or coffee bar.
The company offers more than 300 Art Box products across coffee formats and visual collections, with 30-plus original designs inspired by beaches, oceans and rainforests.

Founder & Spokesperson
Lisa A. Bastian is the founder and owner of Tropics Lifestyle Coffee™. Her career spans more than four decades as an award-winning journalist, magazine editor, public-relations consultant and federal background investigator. She has written more than 1,000 articles (for mostly national economic development, meetings, travel/tourism, banking and lifestyle pubs), and received more than 35 professional awards (IABC, WICI, etc.).
In 2025, Bastian combined her experience in storytelling, visual communication and relationship building to create a new gifting niche. Tropics Lifestyle Coffee pairs freshly roasted Specialty Grade coffee with founder-created tropical artwork designed to beautify coffee stations and turn everyday coffee into a memorable gift.
Her leadership history includes service as president and board member (10 years) of IABC/San Antonio. She is available to discuss entrepreneurship, business communications, second careers, AI-assisted creativity, coffee-station design, gift giving, corporate relationships and the ritual of coffee.
