At Tropics Lifestyle Coffee, every order is thoughtfully prepared just for you — whether it’s fresh-roasted coffee or custom tropical home goods. Below is a clear overview of shipping, including info on how long items typically takes to get to you, and what to expect along the way.
Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 per order (coffee and non-coffee items)
- Free shipping automatically applies on orders $49+
- Occasionally, free-shipping promotions may apply below this threshold
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships (tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear). You will get dfiferent tracking confirmations if you order from different vendors selling Art Box coffee, Everyday Tropics coffee, home goods.
Transit Carriers
- Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Carrier selection is based on speed and reliability for your address
- We cannot offer expedited shpiping.
☕ Timing: Art Box Coffee Fulfillment
Art Box coffees are roasted fresh to order and packaged in our signature art boxes.
- Coffee production begins shortly after your order is placed
- Roasting, packing, and preparation typically take 1–2 business days
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on location
Most customers receive Art Box Coffee within about a week or less.
🌴 Timing: Everyday Tropics Coffee Fulfillment
Everyday Tropics coffees are also roasted fresh and prepared to order.
- Fulfillment typically takes 1–5 business days
- After shipping, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on location
Many customers report receiving Everyday Tropics Coffee in about 5 days.
🏝️ Timing: Home Goods Fulfillment
Our home goods merch collection includes coffee mugs, microfiber towels, coasters, tumblers, bags, and other tropical-inspired items. These products are made to order with our custom artwork — they are not pre-made or stored in warehouses.
- Production typically takes 1–3 business days
- After shipping, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on location
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’re happy to reship it once a new shipping fee is collected.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Every order ships with tracking
- The overwhelming majority of deliveries arrive smoothly and without issue
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
