Returns & Refunds Policy

Non-Returnable Items

  • Coffee, tea and other beverage products are non-returnable for freshness and safety reasons. If there’s a quality issue, see “Replacements.”
  • Personalized or custom-printed products are non-returnable (unless defective).
  • Coffee spoons are non-returnable; they are quality inspected before shipping.

Returnable Items

  • Mugs, tumblers, tote bags, coasters and tote bags are returnable. However, this rule applies only if the item is damaged or defective.

Eligibility Window

Request a return for items eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment (minus shipping fees) within 3–7 business days. You’ll be notified by email.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged/defective. For gifts returned by recipients, we can issue a shop credit to keep the surprise intact.
