Loyalty redemption typically works by Appstle generating a reward (often a discount code or free-shipping code), then applying it at checkout.
Open the Loyalty widget in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Click "Ways to Redeem" (gift box icon is next to it).
You’ll see a list of available rewards. Those you can use will display a green "Redeem" button.
Click the green “Redeem” button for the reward you want.
Only one reward may be used per order.
Proceed to checkout. Your selected reward will appear on the right side of the checkout page, and the savings will be reflected in your total.
Complete your order and enjoy your reward.
Note: If you decide you do not want to use this reward, remove it by clicking the "X" found to right of it.
Yes. Points are tied to your individual account so your balance stays accurate across devices. Create/sign in using the same email you use at checkout.
Points are awarded automatically after an order or action qualifies for distribution to your account.
If points were earned on a purchase that’s later refunded, the loyalty system deducts the points associated with the refunded items to keep rewards fair.
Redeem a reward by using loyalty point widget to select one available reward from rewards list. That adds it automaticallly to the checkout. If you want to delete it before purchse, do so by clicking the X to right of reward info on checkout page.
Your points do not expire. We still recommend using them in a timely fashion so you enjoy those coffee rewards sooner.
No. Rewards are coupons generated from points. Think of reward codes as the items you “buy” with points (example: $6 off any 12 oz coffee requires 600 points).
If your order is over $49 then you get free shipping. Nothing else to do. That applies on top of your loyalty rewards.
Yes. Subscriptions earn points on every delivery; exact amount is based on your current earn rate/delivery option chosen.
Sign in to your account and open the Loyalty Points widget/rewards area. You’ll see your points total and the rewards you’re eligible to redeem.
First confirm you were logged in (or used the same email) and the order wasn’t canceled/refunded. If it still looks off, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout and we’ll help.
