We use Specialty Grade, MEDIUM roasted coffee, roasted on demand for freshness and flavor clarity. The coffee itself is carefully selected to stand on its own — smooth, balanced, and full-bodied — before any functional ingredients are added. Specialty Grade is the top 10 percent of all java produced worldwide; it's the good stuff!
Only after the roast is right do we blend in Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi mushroom powders. The result is a cup where the coffee remains the hero, and the mushrooms add depth, nuance, and character rather than masking flavor or creating bitterness.
This approach creates a mushroom coffee that tastes like real coffee first, not a powdered substitute.
