The medium-dark roast highlights Bali’s naturally bold profile, delivering layers of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar with a smooth, rounded finish. The body is rich and grounding, with low acidity and a lingering sweetness that makes each sip deeply satisfying.

Hand-picked and processed using the traditional wet-hulled method, then dried on raised beds, this coffee develops its signature depth and earthy sweetness while maintaining clarity and balance. It’s an excellent choice for those who enjoy fuller roasts with refined structure rather than bitterness.
